Every person should make a will. We simplify this process for you.
Making a will
- We will send you an instructions sheet which you will fill out and return to our office.
- We will then talk you through what exactly your wishes are.
- We will give you relevant taxation advice
- If you have children we will advise you in respect of appointing guardians and trustees.
- We will draw up your will based on what you have requested us to do.
- We will arrange for you to sign the will.
- We will keep the original will in our safe.
Administration of estates and probate
If someone you know has died then their assets will need to be distributed in accordance with the law or, if the y have made a will, in accordance with their will. This is a complex legal area and we will advise and guide you through the steps that we will take to administer the estate of the deceased individual.

Contested Wills and Section 117 Applications
You may feel that a will for some reason should be contested if this is the case talk to us.
If you feel that you as a child of the deceased individual should be entitled to more than you have actually received from the will of your parent then you may have a right to bring a section 117 Application to the High Court.
Contact us immediately as there are strict time limits in respect of bringing any such cases and the executor is not obliged to inform you to your entitlement to make such a claim.
Powers of Attorney
This allows an appointed person to take actions on an individual’s behalf if he is absent or abroad. We can advise in all such matters.
